At Ascend Bio Research, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and discreet shipping for all research products. All products sold on this website are intended for laboratory research purposes only.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume.

- Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately and may take several days to begin updating depending on the carrier and stage of transit.

Shipping Methods
We offer shipping throughout the United States and Canada using trusted carriers.
- Standard Shipping: Due to the international nature of our fulfillment network, most orders are delivered within 12–18 days from the date tracking information is issued. Shipping times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
- Free Shipping is available on orders over $500 USD.
Shipping transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Delays
Ascend Bio Research is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Customs inspections
- Government actions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If a package is lost or damaged during transit:
- Contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
- Contact our support team for assistance with carrier investigations.
Packages confirmed lost in transit may qualify for one complimentary reshipment at the sole discretion of Ascend Bio Research. Additional claims may require further investigation and are not guaranteed.
Ascend Bio Research is not responsible for stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customs and Seizures
For international shipments, customs inspections and import regulations vary by country.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws and regulations regarding research materials.
If a package is delayed, held, or seized by customs, Ascend Bio Research will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Qualifying orders may be eligible for a one-time reshipment at our discretion; however, successful customs clearance cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees, or import restrictions imposed by their country.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Products are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, or any other unauthorized purpose.
