No Returns or Exchanges
Ascend Bio Research does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped. Research compounds cannot be returned due to:

- chain-of-custody requirements

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
